I took Covishield 1st dose on 31st may at 5:00pm.From 1st June morning i am facing burning sensation in left side of chest near heart.I had ache fatigue and felt feverish.I took paracetamol and all other symptoms disappear.Burning sensation is still there.

An ECG is required if the pain persists, moves to your left hand or if you have associated vomiting sensation, gidiness etc. Otherwise it could be just acidity.
