My vit b12 is 153 low what meds should i take to increase my vitamin b 12. i have low deficiency symptoms.

She is facing with we cough with one side headache, cough is getting continuously, she is facing this issue whenever she works in water and she gets tired with work She is Taking TusQ-x+ syrup is this is enough pr any other medication required please suggest , there is no covid symptoms and no contact of covid There is no TB found tested in District Govt hospital

I have been tested positive for covid on 07 May . I had fever, headache and body pain. Took doctor prescribed medicines. Fever and all other symptoms reduced. I didn't have any symptoms for the pat week but for the past 2 3 days I have a sore throat only in the morning and it goes after drinking something hot. Should I be worried about this?

Took Covishield 2nd shot on 7 May 2021 and on 16 May started complaining of excruciating pain with swelling on right leg near knee. The pain seems to be moving and till down. No pain killer has helped to get relief completely.Xray and uric acid reports are normal. Can it be an issue of blood clot due to the vaccine?
