I have a wart on my feet and I read that it can be caused by hpv. Also, I read that hpv can cause lot of cancers. I am 20 years old. So, can I take HPV vaccine? Since I have this wart, am I at high risk of hpv related cancer?? I took covishield vaccine 1st dose today.

Tried eye drops supplied by government numerous times. Sadly no effect. It actually cure on its own after some time but comes back fast that it becomes hard to guess when it goes and come back. In other words, a problem that doesn't seem to disappear permanently. It feels like a needle is being pierced but luckily feels that sometimes only. In the attached pic, the red circled area is the part which stings like a needle (sometimes tho).
