Chest xray and stomach
Hello Dr I am 28, suffering from mild stomach pain since past 4 days. Motion are good but i am not able to completly empty my stomach in once. I have 99 fever and heavy headache. I am not able to sleep and feel sleeplessness. I am smoker. I dont have any diabetes and bp related issue. My blood reports are normal except lymphocyte ratio which is 45%. Rest esr and crp are normal. I am feeling breathlessness . My oxygen level is 98. I am not able to understand what wrong with me.. i use to sleep more than 9 hours and now only 3 to 4 hours. Kindly advice. Also in my xray which is attached there is a mark below left lung. Please let me know what it could be?

Your X-ray appears very much normal except for some dilated bronchial markings on right side which have no significance.first of all i will suggest you 1.quit smoking 2.you need good counselor as i can see as per your symptoms you appear to be distressed whatsoever is the reason. 3.Make exercise part and parcel of your life. 4.Meditation. 5.Avoid news and distressing stories about present situation. 6Eat healthy and think better.
