I am getting pain in ribs and muscle inbetween ribs, sometimes near sternum and the pain goes away. I do not know the reasons. Sometimes I will get pain in upper back associated with this rib pain Any suggestions pls

My body remains too hot but have no fever. My palm and soles of feet have burning sensation all the time. All the time I spray water on my body to cool it down. It give me relex for 15 mins but again body getting started hot. I face this for last one month. 4 months before I have diagnosed with iron, vit D Nd vit B12 deficiency. I took 5 injections of B12 each 1000mcg twice in a week. 8 tablets of uprise D3 60k and feronia XT tablets for 2 and 1/2 months. Two months After finishing this medicine I am facing this problem for last one month. So I have started b-29 tablets and uprise D3 60k again from last 15 days but not getting any relief. Please help me 🙏🙏
