After recovering from covid I feel a bit of irritation in my neck sometimes I also feel extreme thirst though I don't have any issue in swallowing but when I take a deep breath or try to open my mouth I feel mild pain in my throat,I also feel the pain in my throat when I touch it Frome outside I can feel that it is paining from outside too what should I do
