I am taking clonafit 0.25MD at night time. Early morning I am having headache and drooling for some time. After taking Rabeprazole and domperidone it's getting cured. Can I take paracetamol for headache. Can I use Otrivin nasal spray for nasal congestion.

Had gone through a CBC test Hb: 14.2 Leucocytes: 7.2 RDW: 14.1 (QUITE HIGH) Lymphocytes: 16percent (1.14 total) quite low Platelets:1.77 MPV:12.7 (QUITE HIGH) Serum Iron :36(quite low) UIBC:317 TIBC:353 Transferrin saturation:10.2percent Can you please let me know all values are overall in normal range or not?? Actly I am quite worried about MPV, RDW and Lymphocytes count. Reports are attached

For last two days, I am facing difficulties in getting proper sleep. Probably because of summer, room temperature is usually high. And may heartbeats are on higher side.

I am suffering from typhoid from past 20 days. I am feeling fine now, fever does not persist anymore, only dizziness and weakness is left. However from yesterday i have red rose spots on my face and back, is it related to typhoid only.

After 2 days of taking second covidshield shot , my father Sugar shoots to 230 in fasting . He is a diabetic patient but his sugar never shoot above 200. He was having fever for 2 days and weakness. After few days all symptoms were gone. However,after 1 month his sugar level is still 210 in fasting. He is following all sugar diets. Please suggest.
