Hello ma'am. It appears to be a case of Allergic Rhinitis. 1. Clean surroundings - dust, pet dander etc. 2. Wear mask as much as possible. 3. Oxymetazoline nasal spray to be taken before sleep (NOT MORE THAN 2 WEEKS) 4. TAB CETRIZINE 10 MG before sleep. Hope this helps. Regards Dr. Kshitij Singh

It is most likely allergic. Please clean and remove dust from your pillow/mattresses. Have them cleaned from somewhere and make sure they're dry and dust free. If they're old, it is advisable to change them.
Next Steps

ENT surgeon I can told you that you must be suffering from allergic rhinitis which is something can cause such frequent episodes of cold. Do you have any family history of allergy or bronchial asthma. Allergy cant be treated but can be controlled so that its complications can be avoided
