Hloo dr. I m feeling anxiety and fast heart rate  above 100 for sometime can I go for the vaccination.

Does thyroid or hormone imbalance cause pin needle sensation in body .. only pin needle sensation i have with no other symotoms .. i have chronic pcos .. and thyroid too .. from tomorrow i am feeling this .. then the period is coming then its stopping again aftr some hours its repeating and period is coming

Good morning doctor I have a 10 year long relationship which is broke. I have a breakup with my gf. I am in so much pain. Last 5 days I can't sleep can't eat or drink. Naa bhukh lagti Naa pyas aur Naa neend aati. I used to take spit tabacco for more than 15 days and then I stop it for last 2 days because it irritate my throat and makes dry throat. Today I feel so weakness in my body. I do my bp it's around 114/75 and pulse 82. No fever. But full weakness and dizziness. Please help it is emotional weakness or pain or anything else or tabacco withdrawal

I recovered from covid approximately a month ago so should I get vaccinated now or I have to wait if I have to wait then how long should I wait to get the covid vaccine

I am a 29 yr old lady. I was diagnosed with covid 19 and was admitted in hospital on 04 May 21 with O2 saturation between 71-77, CT severity score in lungs was 27/40 indicating CORADS 5. I was discharged on 12 May 21 with O2 saturation 90-92. D-Dimer value checked on 18 May 21 was 4260 and CRP value 184 and Retest of D-Dimer and CRP was taken again on 19 May 21 with value of 3079 and 96 respectively. Subsequently CT-PA was taken and it indicated no clots, however CT Severity score in lungs was 15/25. On 26 May 21, D-Dimer value indicated 2604 and CRP value indicated 10. Presently, my O2 saturation in resting condition is 98 and after an activity varies from 94 to 96. Can you please tell if I should worry about D-Dimer value or carry on with normal life expecting that D-Dimer will reduce subsequently...!!

From yesterday i am having slight stomach issue, slight fever and joint aches. Yeaterday taken calpol 500mg 1dose and today i have taken calpol 500 mg 1 dose for body aches and joint ache. I had done CRP and CBC. But now i do not have any fever except body pain or joint pain. CBC and CRP attached. Does the report shows that i have to do RTPCR test. I have no dry cough and no breathing issue. Saturation is above 96% and heart rate is below 100. All this symptoms started from the last 3-4 days. Please guide me.
