I see swelling between neck and shoulder after my covid vaccination.its been 5 days I dont see the swelling reduced. what should I do ?

On 19/5/21 the persons SGPT was 22.08 U/L and when we had done his repeat blood reports on 26/5/21 the SGPT was 110 U/L and the persons had the complain of constipation also. So do we need any medications for him or not ?

My mother is 62 yrs old , since last one year she is having palpitation , uneasiness in chest many times and dizziness , her BP ang sugar level is absolutely Normal..., Rest all is Normal but her tryglecerides level was 265 . Plz suggest the best treatment.

Wifes ...pulse is going below 60 ..ie around 55 and oxygen falling below . Taking oxygen in hospital . Seems she has too much chest congestion. She is in hospital for the last 7 days (before that she was in home isolation for 6 days). They have given remdisivir steroid ..yesterday was the last dose. Her condition has not improved much in the hospital. She does not have sugar ...only little bp.. Will she improve ...how much time will it take .. ..ie to be out of oxygen...when his breathing will be normal ..ie at least out of danger...
