I took covishield vaccine 2 days back. Can I take iron supplements or vitamin related tablets. Which medicines should be avoided post vaccination?

So I got up for urination and while urinating I felt like vomiting (urge to vomit was not high and probably nausea). And I fainted and have no idea for how long I was unconscious but it think it was maximum for 1min. I got up myself without anyone's intervention as no was aware of this. Blood Pressure is 126/77 right now. Pulse is 81-82. Very mild headache. What could be this related to?

Was down with covid last month post 22 days did RTPCR and tested negative on 8th may . Got cold from last few days continuous sneezes SpO2- 98 to 99 is normal but have been having slight fever around 99 somedays since 2-3 days . Sometimes cough is there. Is it due to normal cold or is there anything else ?

I got myself tested for Covid Antibody IGG ELISA and the count shows a value of 1.23 OD Ratio. As per the reference it says positive and I have antibodies, but I want to know about this value. I don't think it is much, so can I go ahead get vaccinated against Covid or wait for sometime

I recently got an RT PCR test done. The guy who came for home collection had n95 mask on and wore gloves while taking the sample. He also wore a face shield. My concern is that he didn't wear PPE kit and his face shield was an old one. What are the chances of me catching infection from face shield or his clothes? Asking since wind was blowing from his direction to mine and I feel if covid particles from his used face shield came and infected me.
