I am getting pain in the sternum. Left upper most and last ribs. Also the pain is in cartilage sometimes. It mimics like a chest pain.After some stretches and sometimes with pain killer it subsides. This is recurring now and then. Which specialist I should look for? Can I take covid vaccine in such pains?

Hi, I usually have blood pressure in the lower end like 100/70. But since two days I got the readings in the range of 140/80. I also have head ache and tiredness. Is this normal? I do spend lot of time in front of laptop due to work.
