I have attached reports usg I did sonoragphy and where 2 kidney stone on both kidney and I am talking treatment pain gone and I don't know I am having pain on right side back only why happen and in report say gallbladder is physiological distended, wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid collection is seen what does it mean pericholecystic fluid collection is seen was my gallbladder swelling and I feel like pain from gallbladder but report say normal please doctor tell I am worried I can't sleep on back side I feel heavy on right side of back like but usg report say normal why does this happen doctor

1- mother of 2 kids, suffering from hypothyroid and female pattern hair loss for past 11 years and now diagnosed with initial stage of osteoarthritis in knees. 2-i walk daily, take healthy food even then I feel something is very wrong with my body. 3- pls guide me as how to figure it out that why at the age of 35 only, I hv so many problems. I m getting symptomatic treatment only, but the root cause seems to be something else. 4-could it be autoimmune disorder? Kindly guide me, how can I stop my health from further deterioration.

Fever past 2 days in the night 100F to 101F, having chills,feeling like vomiting extremely thirsty, had a tooth pain 2 days prior to the fever had diclogem tablet 2 on the first night of fever thn subsided again the next night had 100 F fever having another diclogem tablet just slight body ache and slight headache .No cold or runny nose or sorethroat or no breathing issues. Confused if it is Covid or malaria or just a flu due to change in weather.In covid does the fever stay constant or reduces a. Do i need to take a covid test and when if it is so.
