I'm 18, Male. I have used La-Matisse Hair Vitalizing serum as prescribed by my dermatologist. I have also used keraglo men tablets and ketoconazole shampoo for dandruff. I was prescribed these for a month to see results but I am not seeing any. Hair fall is still high, and hair is still thin. I don't have any bald spots as of now, but I can see a lot of my scalp now. It's becoming scary now. Advise the best for me.

Either one of the nostrils getting blocked almost all the time. At times having sneezing and nasal discharge, took levocet for a week, seems to be fine again it started. Please advise what to do for nasal block?

Can I take bifilac capsules for gut health? Is it okay to take I have hormonal issues like increased prolactin so is it safe to take bifilac. And for how long should I take? As I have a bit gastritis issues. Also I can't swallow capsules or tablets can I open break bifilac capsule powder and have with water after food? Also what are food good for gut health? I have stones problem ,I had h pylori 5 years back...but sometime I face a problem of vomiting sensation after meal...I went to most doctors I e gastroenterologist and urologist ..so gastrologist has said me pylori is treated you are having this dyspesia (indigestion) that why you are feeling nauseas and I did take these medicine advised by him and did not feel nausea after words.but now again I am having nausea ..is it due to stone or indigestion I don't exactly know but due to this I am not able to eat properly resulting in weight loss..and fatigue please suggest me what to do?

High pulse rate 93 to 110. I feel it has increased after Covid shield vaccine in mar 21. Age is 61. Is it norma or any action required.

Hi Doctor, My father has chronic coughing and congestion without any fever or so. Recently he underwent a test where doctor said that his lungs are filled with water.
