I was suggested grocapix solution for hairfall and given follihair tablet. I'm a woman, aged 21. Should i continue to buy grocapix or can i buy minoxyl , regrow or coverit? Please tell me, yes or no.

Yesterday my brother taken 1st dose of covishild vaccine. Today he has 101 fever. Take dolo625mg two times still fever not getting down. What should I do? Suggest any other medicine or home remedies.

Hi Doctor, Yesterday after I had lunch I sensed a sharp pain, burning and heaviness on my left side in the chest which then immediately traveled on the thru arms and my back on same side. I felt suffocated and couldn't breathe or move for a while. We rushed to the hospital since I felt numb for few minutes and my back ached bad. They referred us to an orthopaedic and he said it was a muscle spasm, hence gave the medicines for 7 days. However, I am feeling the same pinching sensation in my heart since morning today and I am not sure if these could be the symptoms of a heart attack too. Plz help. Medicines attached below.
