Frequent urination, foul smell and

My husband got covid on April and recovered on may 2 but post that he had fatigue issue and heart palpitations when consulted cardiologists after several test identified he had extra beats and is under medication last since June first and doctor has told to continue for 2 more months,now last week he had uti we have taken antibiotics it got cured we thought ,but again this Thursday he had food poison and got fever chills same as uti but this time motions as well so practo dr advised antibiotics and medicines now suddenly he is feeling uneasy giddiness kind and today we also gave urine test routine came as bacteria present and we are waiting for culture, please advise on how to handle he is continuing heart medicines as well ,sudden sweating and gastric issue like burp difficulty kind
