My gbp report say rbc are normocytic and normochromic . what does it mean plz explain.platelets count is normal and wbc are normal.

Dear sir, I am male. 33 years old. My weight is 100kg. No blood pressure. No diabetes. No any underlying condition. I have been infected with sars-2 covid virus on May 23. I have been admitted in hospital on May 25. My CT score was 20/40 on June 1. I have been discharged from hospital on June 7. I took 12 days home rest after discharge. Now all my symptoms went away. But, when I walk upstairs means, I am experiencing fast breath and fast heart beat. It would be really grateful if you are able to answer me below 2 questions. 1.
