I feel like low grade fever frm 3 days. If I check my temperature it's shows 97 or 98... But I am feeling feverish.. I was covid positive in April mid.. I dono I really have fever and I'm assuming it ... Weather is also soo bad in my place. Is it due to that? I am scared of covid again.. I did igg test my antibody result is 7.76.. what should I do now?

Hello . i got vaccinated on 4june( covishield) and got fever for 3days . on 7 june was feeling well . but from 11 june i get a temp upto99.3 and get back to normal. on its own . still i get my temp raise to 99.3 and come back to normal. today i got my general blood picture and its normal and got typhoid and rt pcr done it is also negative. plz suggest

My bp is usually low like around 85/58 ,sometimes it is around 93/65. Morning usually it is 90+/60+ and decreases during the day and is 80+/55+ by night. Is that fine or do I need any medications for it. No other symptoms apart from acidity.
