Hello since I had pain in legs and arms like tingling and burning sensation. I was suggested to take Matilda forte for 2 months, but my b12 is at 386pg/ml and vitamin d is at 4.2ng/ml. Can you please tell me if this is safe? Matilda forte has 1500mcg mecobalamin. And I am taking vitamin d3 capsule 60k iu every week.
