I'm having GERD since 12 months an taking Rabium DSR which is rabeprazole 20mg & 30mg domperidone 2 Time a day daily still have GERD issue which is partially resolve,Till when should I continue this medicine bcoz I cant take risk of dropping medicine at this stage where 80 percent of symptoms are disappeared of GERD an it was horrible..I had see severe back pain, nausea, heart burn, food comes up,dry mouth, burp,however right now I don't feel any of the above symptoms apart from heart burn sometime a day that make me feel somehow acidity is managing to come up, I feel improvement bcoz I follow lifestyle strictly with diet..But what to do of medicine?Sacred of leaving medicine an everything come up altogether?it has taken 12 Months to resolve I don't know but if I face such situation again then I would have no choice to go nissen fandoplication surgery,Note : No HPylori, very less wheight, Advice an suggestion is Highly appreciated also will consult if required.Sir,plz help on priority.

I wake up in the middle of night with numbness in left hand and legs and head feels heavy along with warmth near chest. Bit of dizziness too and whole body feels weak and I try to sleep again but after 2-3 hrs again get up due to the same issue. I had got vaccinated 10 days back with covishield, don't knw if that is what causing this. The numbness has been happening from 3 days and I have tried different positions.

Good Morning Doctors, I am aged 24 years old, having a sedentary lifestyle, no physical activity is being. I am only following a pattern of home to office, then office to home everyday. So i thought i should check my sugar i.e fasting sugar in Sugar Testing machine and the result is 96 mg/dL. Is the sugar range is normal or it will go in diabetic range. I don't know much about the range. What is range for normal and diabetic range. Please advice me. What to do?

I've been experiencing anxiety since I have my exams approaching but I've had these episode of feeling full and defecating,even though I would have passed it . I don't want to suffer this kind of discomfort on exam day . I've been lately eating outside food but not a lot to cause such weird sensation in gut. Is this anxiety and increased mobility of gut or maybe cuz of eating outside food ( but I don't eat a lot also)

I am 59 years old. I have tingling sensation (pin and needles) in my left thumb. I drive motorbike a lot, everyday all the time. Also through self-diagnosis and many digital bp monitor readings, I found that I have stage 2 high blood pressure but I didn't take any medication so far. But this tingling in left thumb is very uncomfortable and sometimes feels burning. Sometimes this pain is moving into index & middle fingers. What should do? Please help.
