I have a running nose problem frequently..what may be the cause? Please suggest medicine.. ... Is there any natural way to cure this

So i am having some allergic reaction and having sneezing and runny nose, i dnt want to go for mainstream cold tablets or antihistamine as i am recovering from dry mouth, please suggest some medicines which doesn't causes dry mouth

Last week consulted for chest pain and throat discomfort.. as per doctor consultation under gone and diagnosed thyroid and anemia.. He prescribed thyronorm25 and orofer xt tablets. But on 14th I took covisheild vaccination. Can you please tell me when can I start taking those 2 tablets

My neighbors pet dog has bitten or scratched me. Couldn't see as it was from behind. There's a skin breach. Whatever the dog did was through my track pant (no direct skin contact)The dog vaccination status is upto date. I didn't wash the wound with soap and water, as i didn't knew this first aid, however did clean the tiny prick by Dettol. Following day did washed it with soap and water while taking bath. I have taken one TT shot and the first dose on Rabies shot. Today is day 3 and time for the second shot. The prick wound is almost healed with no redness or pain. I have this fear of needles since childhood and taking shots is a very difficult thing for me. Looking for advice if I really have to go through the entire 5 shot schedule?? Thanks in advance.

Currently under fever antibiotics prescribed by the GP but wanted to know can this lead to covid anyway? General fever symptoms with no loss of taste/smell.

I am feeling sleeplessness for last 2 days. Has been taking ofloxin for last 2 days as prescribed by a doctor . Otherwise was sleeping well. Need to know if I should take any sleeping well. Feeling sleepy but unable to. Conditon for last 2 days

I've had lower abdomen pain and discomfort for a while now. It comes and goes away. It happens in the front pelvic region, sometimes on the sides and sometimes middle. Some sitting postures exacerbate the pain especially if I don't keep my back very straight and the pain is usually gone after I wake up. This condition was preceeded by another where the pain came when I woke up and went away later in the day. I have had a USG done, no constipation, no urinary discomfort or bleeding. Periods as usual without any added pain. Could this be hernia?
