It seems to be viral infection. Start taking azithromycin and montair lc and paracetamol for fever. It will take 5 to 6 days but will be fine. Take steam inhalation also. Take consult for proper advice

Take paracetamol 650 mg for fever when required, tab levocet 5 mg once a day before sleep. For 3 days. And do gargles twice daily and rest
