Flu

Hi, After vaccination I am suffering from ulcers which are not getting cured. I have also taken gastro related medicines and multivitamin on doctor's prescription for 15 days but no relief. My ulcers are like rubbed skin inside lips and gums. I feel like water is also getting sticked to my mouth. What can be the cause and how to treat. Is any thing serious which needs immediate attention. Kindly advice.
