Hello, I am a 19 year old girl. I am getting dizziness since 4-5 days, specially most of the times i am lying down. My head gets dizzy for a second or two. It happens every time I lie down and change positions. I got my blood test done yesterday which shows vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D= 13.9 . I am really worried about the dizziness. Doctor my relative had extreme abdominal pain, vomiting & rashes after the 1st dose of Covishield. Fever was also high & headache was constant. It took almost 6 weeks for all of these reactions to subside but there is still residual pain. Can he get Covaxin as the 2nd dose as it is an inactived vaccine so it might be safer?

So since a week there was itching near my cheekbone, i found out while itching theres a pea size bump felt when palpated below the cheekbone(on left side only, that was not present on right side). Upon seeing the anatomy i feel its the buccinator lymph node which has swelled up.. i have a impacted wisdom tooth on upper side on left side too, i felt a little discomfort on gums/parotid papilla too, are they related? Please hep me scared if its anything serious. It doesn't hurt(in the sense pain or anything), sometimes that side feels tense just like when you laugh much and your cheeks hurt, like that.. please help me what should I do, and is that anything serious?
