Today I got a Vitamin B12 Blood Test. Is this a deficiency..? I have a pain in my tongue. Got it checked by the Debtist. It is actually scalloped tongue. Can Vitamin B12 be reason? Doctor said my tongue is large hence it is touching my teeth.

My age is 37, weight 57kg. From today morning after got up from bed I found swelling in one side part of my lower lip. This don't have any pain or burning . I don't have any other problem. What needs to do?

Suddenly from yesterday afternoon my mother started feeling uneasy and when I checked her template it was 99.4 .she took paracetamol and there was no fever that day but she started couching.Today morng also she was coughing and her body temperature was more when checked i.e 100. Already she was infected with corona in April 21. What could be the possible reason of having fever and cough suddenly.sometimes back she was having heachache.
