Sugar due to nonveg
I am pre-diabete. I am confused most of the people telling to stop eating nonveg. Could you please tell me. Is it true? I consumes only poultry chicken, fish & egg some time. But not red meat. Stoped eating rice, sweets, potato fruit contains suger. It that enough or need to Stop nonveg as well. Thanks in advance

Sinusitis & allergic rhinitis
I'm using Flauticasone spray for long term to control allergy sneeze. Nasomac AF formula works very well for me. But also noticed with its use more mucus accumulated in throat which get cleared when tried.
Is it possible that this spray may trigger producing more mucus.
