Shortness of breath
Hello doctor. I'm a 21 year old girl. I'm an extremely unfit person and I lead a very sedentary life. In 2018 I was diagnosed with pcod and was told to exercise and lose weight (i weighed 73 kgs, height - 5'2). I started exercising and I realised that i couldn't run even for a minute. I get short of breath very quickly. My stamina increases slowly if I do exercise regularly but if I drop the routine for a month or two I get unfit again. Is there a problem with my heart??? I did some research and Google told me I could have cardiomyopathy. I'm sacred.
