I took tentanus injection on 3/7/21 and today on 13 September 2021 i got scratch by a rusty nail so should again i have to take Tetanus injection??

Hello, i was recently diagonised with dengue on 1st Sep 2021, was hospitalised for 3 days and discharged on 5th Sep 2021. My platelets had dropped up to 55000. I was discharged on 5th Sep 2021 after my platelets had increasing trend and crossed 100000. As of today, i am feeling easy tiredness and fatigue with no other symptoms. My query is, as my vaccine 2nd dose Covishield is due on 17th Sep 2021, should i go ahead with this dose or should i do a followup bloodtest ?

Hi all,yesterday I am vaccinated with 1st dose of Covishield,today I got fever which is normal after vaccination,can i take from today my daily seizure prevention (eptoin 100mg) tablet which iam using from past 5 years daily.thank you doctors in advance.
