Fever with 102.3 F
Got drenched in rain. Have fever and diarrhea for the past 2 days and yesterday I had a fever @101. Today morning I was fine but now once again I have fever @102.3 F. And my breathing rate is 24 p.m.
Heart rate is 78 and oxygen level is 98

You can take Paracetamol and Cetrizine . You have take plenty of fluids. With fever you also have diarrhoea , so your fluids requirement is more.
