I feel some weakness but i can walk...

I didnt sleep for 3 days and i usually sleep very less.

Headache and heaviness after dengue
Age 23
Weight 106 kg Height 177cm
I was diagnosed with dengue on 29th August.
My problem is that after little physical activity like walking or doing yoga I feel throbbing in my head and little headache.
Never felt like this previous dengue.
Is this normal?
Or indication of something serious.

Covid vaccine doubt
Right now, i dont have any symptoms of any health problems,

but what if there is a covid virus just entered my body and not showing any symptoms (i have read that symptoms can show after anywhere from 2 days to 14 days
