I have hypothyroidism and I am on 100 mcg thyroxin since 10 years. For the last 6 days, i took half thyroxin tablet extra, i. e. 50 mcg extra daily. Can it lead to any serious problem? What should I do next. Please help.

There will not be any serious problem. Now you should revert back to your usual dose ie 100 mcg per day.  No damage can be done by 6 days of overdose.
