Thyroid Function after stopping Thyroxin
Due to low TSH of 0.02 and high FT4 of 2.9 my Thyronorm dose of 50 mcg was doscontinued 15 days back as per medical advice. I was asked to repeat TSH after 2 weeks and without medicine tested the TSH today and the result is 0.5 At the moment unable to meet doctor. Will i be able to permanently discontinue thyroid medication. Have palpitations and current BP is 135/95.
