I was suffering from fever 3 days back 101.7° i took paracetamol till yesterday 3 days ..on 1st day vomiting started i took onderserton 4mg ...and same day loose motion for it i took zenflox oz ...now not having fever only 99° but still i am feeling like nausea and vomiting and did vomiting last nigt and today morning....and feeling uneasy and weak ..plz tell me any treatment
