Swelling in leg of male 70yr age
Sir/ma'am My grandfather aged 70, diabetic person (Hba1c :7.4) is having swelling in leg from past few days. His creatinine level is 0.8 and urea 20. He is having this problem, and swelling come and goes on its own. I have attached photograph for your reference. Kindly let me know possible cause and solution for the same. Thankyou.

There r many possibilities. Complete patient history is required. Is he hypertensive and taking amlodipine or any history of gout ??
