Idk it might be weird but i am scared of endoscopy results rather than endoscopy itself. I am having dyspepsia symptoms and mushy stools mostly and acidity and the doctor said to go for upper gi endoscopy. Idk why, i read about IBD or stomach cancer symptoms and i am too afraid of doing endoscopy and getting a negative result. Last ultrasound showed gb polyp 2.9 unexpectedly... so m scared :(. Please guide me how to deal with this anxiety, also i want to get cured and healthy again. :( This dyspepsia is also causing weight loss as i am scared to eat anything. But my appetite is normal only. I can eat large meals without issues but this fear of results(as i have been facing a lot of problems lately).. please guide me sir/ma'am.

Can crp test rule out ibd? I am getting epigastric pain sometimes, i think gastritis but my doctor had ordered a crp, it came to be 1.02 (0-8 range). Is it normal? Please guide me and he has advised me for endoscopy, but i am scared that it will find something bad :(. With this anxiety i am not able to sleep :(

So i had done a cbc as prescribed by my doctor, it showed mhch to be 35.2 whereas it should be under 34.5, why is that high? Aprt from that other values are normal.. Crp values was 1.02.. Tests were prescribed due to my stomach issues(burning and gnawing) even aftwr a course of ppis and pro kinetics.

I am a 21 years old Male. I am trying to loose weight and increase my protein intake and I am an vegetarian so I can't eat non-vegetarian protein rich food and dry fruits (because they are high in calories). I am also trying to gain some strength by going to gym but I am not trying bulk up too much.
