I'm feeling cold chills in every 1 hour for 2-3 second and my body is so warm still I'm feeling it, specially in my back

My husband is having a fever of 102.5 even after taking paracetamol. He is also having a little bit of sore throat. We will be taking COVID test tomorrow but what can be done at present to bring the fever down?

I am feeling severe distress..I'm struggling with mild OCD and I happened to touch the surface which was a bit oily..In the oil got on my clothes I feel...What is sprinkled water on my legs and even change the clothes but still I am feeling very distressed. My heart rate is shooting up The distress is making me feel suicidal and I want to do something to relive that stress I feel As if oil has entered my clothes my legs and my whole bed now Please I beg you suggest me something

I went to the doctor today because of a constant headache from the last month and some anxiety issues, so the doctor suggested getting a brain MRI and prescribed me 1) propranolol hydrochloride 2) Domperidone and naproxen sodium.3) Paracetamol and caffeine-containing tablets4) The zelo plus And i am also taking ayurveda medicine for my menstrual cycle But after taking all the medicine, I got skin rashes on my whole upper body. What should I do? Is this an allergic reaction or something else?  

I was vaccinated 5 months ago with full 5-shot of rabipur and tetanus Now I got scratched by a kitten it was a very small scratch barely broke my skin and very little blood came out Kitten seems fine for last 3-4 days Do I need a booster shot ?

Yesterday I was travelling on bus. The window of bus was broken due to which I got exposed to cold air for 2 hours. That time I didn't bother as gap was less but the moment the jounrey ended my whole body started shivering, severe leg and hip pain. I returned back home n took 2 doses of Crocin advanced- first dose worked a bit but second one not. Now I am dealing with severe leg and hip pain, mild headache n eyes area around pain.. My wife ,25 year old has but d level 5 and b12 188...which tests should be done for further investigation ? Is PTH test is required or just by increasing vit d will fix PTH level or PTH level induces vit d deficiency ... over-all what should be some major tests to set diagnosis ?
