My nails had that white portion since childhood and it had large area before 2-3 years but now it has declined.Also for context since 2 years i have become more unhealthy due to staying in home,less study,more devices,depressed,lazy etc.does this coincides with the reduction in white area or it is random? Why area has reduced? is it some kind of symptom of a disease?

I am Subhabrata Banerjee, Suffering with feaver and sore throat since last 5 days. There week need too. My wife too suffering.

My bp while sitting is 156/96 to 146/88 , but at lying condition it's around 130/82 to 128/77. I have no cholesterol issues, only I have sugar since last 10 years. Fasting 140, pp 120 and taking medicine for that. My age 54. My question is what is accurate way to measure bp? Sitting or lying condition. Which bp parameters should I consider in my case? Is my bp high? Thanks in advance
