Hello, My father is severe body ache since yesterday and fever too which is 101. The previous evening he took paracetamol for body ache nd in the night Dolo 650. He is better at night but since morning again the same symptoms. He is a diabetic patient too. Can someone guide me by identifying the potential cause for the symptoms?
