It calls for an X-ray. You can take some combination of Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. Tie a tight bandage.

This is just an injury resulting in soft tissue injury. Nothing serious, will heal on its own. Don't panick. Use ice and massage the place twice, it will help to heal better.

If you have movement restriction with pain - take  xray and evaluate further If painless swelling with no movement restriction it is an ordinary contusion, need not panic, take T.Tymolytic P 1-0-1 half an HR before fud
