I found a LN in my neck a year ago i got it checked by a surgeon and ent gave me tests like usg it showed reactive LN 5.6mm and cbc kft lft urine stool test they came back clear its nt growing i thought of doing an fnac but my surgeon tld me its not necesary becoz its vry smal in size and its not growing if it was serious it would hav grown masive within the matter of days or months so i left it alone i hav a bad habit my hands are always in my neck looking for nodes 15 days back i found another node smaller than the old one on the right side undr my collarbone its very small to even find i know the location so i keep touching it1000 times a day and its also the same size i also have a small lump in my armpit for about a month which was very painful at first aftershave and its also not growing or going away i have also done my breast usg i hav fibroadenoma both side and got it removed from the right side i did usg in2021 which showed fibrocystic changes i dont hav anyother symptoms

My health anxiety is killing me. I can't stop googling symptoms. I am not being able to live. I can't have any mental peace. I am scared of some big disease.

Is it okay if I have a painkiller for mouth and tongue ulcer pain. Have around 6-7 near tongue area. Mucopain Gel works for a limited amount of time, the pain feels too much. I don't know why but from few days suddenly I am getting fear ,cold sweats , suddenly my heart beat raises up and my mind will become blank out my pupil get diluted and I feel Dizziness for few seconds and I feel some one kept weight on my head my I feel head weight for some minutes my respiration increase but from few day I am getting fear to face anything.
