Hello Mr. Over smart !! Don't know you know or not that Google is a search engine not a doctor. If you are so much concerned about your health then why eating biryani. It's because of the biryani and junk foods so stop it ok. Have bland diet. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink plenty of water. Have low cholesterol diet. Avoid tea and coffee. Avoid outside food. Avoid carbonated drinks. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Add probiotics to your diet. Do regular physical exercise. Don't over eat. Do all these things everyday your stool will become as  handsome as you .
