I am generally low with b12, I recently started progesterone pills and I feel shortness of breath, fatigue and last night had a sharp pain in my right side of chest and nd back pain. I applied some Vicks and hot pack and was good to sleep. Is there any cardiac issue or it's due to very low b12?

Hi. My brother is covid positive from past 10 days. He has no symptoms now but his RTPCR test still says he is positive.
