Dengue fever
My wife got dengue first symptops on 22nd july high fever of 103 , body pain, headache and it remained till 5 days. On 6th day Platelet count was 1.9 lacs with no fever but weaknesss and body pain..7 th day no fever.
On 8 th day no fever but platelte count dropped to 1 lac...please advice.. today 9 th day she has no fever, very less body pain but weakness is there.

Treatment of mild dengue fever is generally symptomatic. Do not take disprinbfor headache. Kindly consult for better management.

Since there is no fever now and only weakness persists kindly ask her to consume more water plus kiwi and tab caripaya to raise the platelet count
