Hello Doctors,
I was diagnosed with Dengue on 11th May with platelet count of 115000.
I did a check again on 12th it came as 120000.
I did it again today it came as 79000.
Please help what can I do.
I do not have fever, very less body pain but feeling very tired.

Platelets will decrease after the fever subside and will increase after that.
Be ware of warning signs like
Bleeding gums,
Blood in urine and stools,
Severe abdominal pain
Vomitings

If you don't have any fever, no need to worry. The platlets take a little while to recover.
Just make sure to drink enough water, keep yourself hydrated, and take proper rest.
