I someone has high fever  cough while breastfeeding.. is it suitable to take dolo and Azithromycin in combination?

My mother has few uterine fibroids in the myometrium posterior wall with the largest measuring 58*52 mm. Ultrasound was done on the 13th day of the cycle and her endometrial thickness was 5mm. Her pap smear was "negative for any intraepithelial lesion or malignancy". She had biopsy done and this is the report. Can somebody please tell me if there is anything wrong. I'm so anxious and I don't understand what the report means. Please help. I have lost my appetite worrying if there is any kind of cancer. Please reply.

I am getting a fever every day. But, every day the fever occurs and goes to a maximum of 99.9  degrees.It is repetitive. I have done a few blood tests and am attaching the reports. I have found out that my CRP and ESR is very high. I am worried.

Hi doctor, To lose my weight Im following a diet of taking only 3 cups of coffee a day. Morning evening and night. Apart from coffee i dont take anything except water. Thn on sundays I eat normally. This works for me and my weight is reducing. Is this good for health. Pls advise.
