Alkaline phosphatase level is never assessed in isolation It is always assessed along with Serum Bilirubin level.

High alkaline phosphatase is seen in liver abnormalities and bone diseases But your result shows only a slight change ,and to be liver specific liver enzymes like ALT and AST are also rise. Additionally, lifestyle factors, medication, and certain supplements can raise alkaline phosphatase levels.
Next Steps
pale stools with chills not related to your ALP since you have not mentioned other liver enzymes levels , can't comment on this
