Normal water, often referred to as tap water or regular bottled water, typically has a neutral pH of around 7. Alkaline water, on the other hand, has a higher pH, usually between 8 and 9.
Both types of water are generally safe to drink. It’s important to maintain a balanced diet and not rely solely on alkaline water for any health benefits.
Alkaline water can be more expensive than regular water due to the additional processing and marketing.
Alkaline water purifier is better because the purified water has most of the useful minerals which are filtered out by the RO Water purifier.
It's pH is higher. It has more hydrogen ions which destroy free radicals.
Overall it is better than an RO Filter.
