Water issue
Hi I consumed only 0.5-1 glass on water in a day since few years  and one time urine comes out so i believe water shortage in my body what can i do i dont like drinking water how to recover it...

Start ur day with water on empty stomach. Try and consume atleast 3L a day. If ur having a desk job tat keeps u busy all the time. Keep a reminder in Ur Phone evry hour to remind u to drink water. Working out daily will eventually make u consume more water as well.

U can take alternatives like buttermilk,  milk , juices like fluids...if u r not drinking proper water , will end up from dehydration, constipation , upto kidney failure also...

U have to take atleast 2-3 liters of water in a day including tea , coffee ,juices ..There is no other substitute.
