From evening my father is having headache and throat pain suddenly 15 mins earlier he started feeling cold and temperature is 98.9 and Spo2 level is 96 given calpol 500 is there anything to worry pls suggest he has taken booster dose 2 months ago

Hi I have throat irritation yesterday and in night caught with cold. Today morning I had one livocetrizine and in evening I had one more livocetrizine and one Azithromycin. After that I had diarrhea with stomach pain. Now I have cold and more irritation in throat. Please suggest. Thanks
