No fever is there.. medication is going for a problem in breathing (I suspect it's ashtma) though it's also could be cough stored monitored the SpO2 level throughout the day .. it is sometimes 88, 95 and 97. What does it mean?

After sitting online down for a long time when she gets up and goes for a work she feels severe pain in the marked area it last for a while and then gradually decreases I also attached to of the images of her fit and their you can easily see her ankles which are also quite Swollen.
