I have my basic tests report where there are some parameters not within the range vitamin b12 very low vitamin D deficient low iron and heomoglobin low serum urea High LDL ESR is very high 48 (normal range is 0 to 15)

My Vitamin D is only 8. Can i take Arachitol 6L Injection every week for 12 weeks at gluteus muscle?
